too many to list - uninspiring CEO. The rest of the leadership is riding the CEO's coat tails. The CEO can't seem to figure out how to innovate or grow - launching me too products and getting the bread crumbs that no one else wants. Squandered away most of their cash. And now it has become a pump and dump stock after the Company announced it is seeking a sale because they know they don't have a shot at winning that lawsuit against the competition. No future here. The Chief Growth Officer wouldn't know a growth plan if it slapped him in the face. Ask the sales reps how many meetings he has screwed up and lost the sale.

Some of the people are nice. If you have known the CEO in a previous job, you are probably pretty set here. She definitely has her favorites.
|
If you aren't one of the CEO's personal friends that she brought on board, you aren't going anywhere. On top of that there is no innovation, technology or anything as far as advancing the company. The reviews are high on here because the management reinforces employees to give good reviews, Like all things on LinkedIn (look it up).

Insignia has been a fun, challenging, and rewarding experience for me. I've been with the company for a while now and I've loved everyday of it. There has been a great deal of effort placed on creating an engaging workplace environment and it has paid off significantly. Our CEO, Kristine, is as great of a leader as they come. She is the primary reason this company has seen such a massive turnaround and she continues to push us towards our goals on a daily basis. All in all, Insignia has been a great experience and I look forward to each hour I spend with this team.

When I first joined, there were issues relating to our environment being inclusive of a few individuals close to a certain executive, who is no longer here. It has been a drastic turnaround ever since.
