PIP’s and warnings for bottom 25%, withholding bonus, RSU and raise, upper management not invested in people, ridiculous goals and career journey with virtually no advancement opportunities . Unless upper management changes or is completely overhauled, stay far away from here!

Good Drug, Decent salary and bonus, RSUs a plus and being able to earn more every year also a plus.

Management style! OLD SCHOOL! PIPS, warnings, withholding of bonuses if on a warning, weekly pressure, forced ranked. Upper management seems to only care about stock price. A very “what have you done for me lately” company. Little to no opportunity for advancement. Very small home office staff across the board.

Stop with all the field rides w RBM. Outdated and hurtful to territory. Stop with so many warning and PIPS. They also do not work. Need a much better IC plan. Need to establish a positive culture here. They are doing the opposite.

Lousy vacation package and no holiday shutdown. Force ranking of sales force. IC plan favors reps with public aid coverage. Performance improvement plans issued for ranking. Micro managed to death on everything from the number of speaker programs to the number of emails sent to customers.
