Itron (ex Actaris, ex Schlumberger) Est une entreprise dynamique, qui bascule doucement vers le 3.0 (ou 4.0?) pour accroitre la rentabilité des machines, des produits, et, du personnel.
Au détriment de l'ambiance.
Grosse vague de démissions depuis quelques années.
Personnel rarement remplacé : leurs tâches sont dispatchées parmi les collaborateurs. => Valable dans tous les services.
(je crois que c'est vraiment le truc qui définit le mieux la politique d'entreprise)
Reste un bon salaire, un atelier propre et rangé, temps de pause correct, des congés en +, le C.E (génial), les primes etc..
C'est un choix...
Que -comme beaucoup- je ne ferais plus.

Low pay and bad management

Very high turn over rate. Very repetitive work with no feeling of reward at all. Forced overtime on some people while letting certain people to not work it
