Good brands. Toys are made in house so you learn a lot about the process. Good quality products.

Extremely disconnected management. Small teams are great for retention but expect to be told multiple different ways of how to do one task when no one’s on the same page. Anticipate needing to be a mind reader with upper management and having an extremely heavy workload where tasks change on a dime.

Make sure everyone’s on the same page about work flow and requirements for a project. You can’t have one manager approving something when it does not align with what is established with another manger. Especially for new hires this creates an extremely confusing environment to learn the processes in, especially when what is expected feels like a moving target. If something must be done a certain way it needs to be established that it be done that way from the jump by everyone involved. You can’t give multiple examples of how a certain process must be completed and have them all be vastly different if you want consistent quality work completed at a specific standard.
