People spend too much time on fixing things that shouldn’t be happening due to bad internal processes, lots of disruptions due to lack of training and transparency. The management team is plagued by favoritism and cliques. Buttering up is modus operandi.

Room to grow professionally: I started as administrator/clerk and worked my way up to a supervisory role, as long as you are a true talent there's always room to move up since the company is still expanding.
Community: Everyone (from CEO to warehouse staff) is friendly and supportive.

The field I was in (supply chain) has been chaotic the past 12-18 months so you must be a creative thinker and react fast in order to get work done, which can be really stressful.
However the situation has GREATLY improved since May and I can see the supply chain crisis behind us in the 2nd half of 2022 (speaking from 1st hand experience)

Strong favoritism towards managers and employees who pretend to be busy all the time when in reality they are not productive and are openly web browsing every day. Upper management does not seem to care and chooses to let people that do contribute go. This combined with the lack of recognition causes talent to leave.
