Draining, low pay and management makes it worse
|
Train managers how to effectively communicate with staff. Scheduling last minute meetings, nasty emails without speaking or addressing us by our names is unprofessional!!
Inflation is at an all time high. A billion dollar company and you give your hard working employees Pennies during annual is sickening.
Adjust your attendance policyâ¦no one wants to come back to work to an occurrence when we had to take off for a family emergency, illness or a sick child.
Allow people to rotate holidays! How would you feel if you were forced to work every holiday & every weekend then denied quality time with your family? I bet youâd be looking for a better company to work for tooâ¦.just like me!

A very depressing job
Call volume is extremely high about 130 calls every shift - full time
No holidays off. Work every weekend.
Mangers here are iffy.

Good benefits and best intentions
|
So from the find I started I loved everything from the core values, mission statement I mean the fact they put allot out there in the focus on employees. They undoubtedly have the next intentions as a company . Unfortunately. Those things didn't apply to each supervisor or hr appointmented rep. Jack Henry is a great company really I recommend them..... It's my fault for not speaking up against those who didn't follow those values and mission statement etc

âThis job is non stop calls everyday all day from abusive rude customers 80% of the time. You will take 10-15 calls an hour.
â Lunch is only 30 minutes
â They are making the job more stressful and trying to make it seem more than what it actually is. Endless metrics was one thing and now Quality Assurance nit picks every little thing about your calls. Mind you these are very simple calls, there's not really much to discuss. It is stressful and exhausting.
â Pay doesn't match the amount of work and calls handled. Pay is $15-17.00 an hour. There are other companies paying $22.00-$26.00 to their fraud centers.
â Requesting PTO off is another hurdle as the call center is 24/7/365. You most likely won't get all the days you need off and will get "occurrences" like children if you call out.

Iâve been with the company for three years. One of the best jobs that Iâve ever had. This job does an excellent job in helping their employees to succeed. My only con is the amount of calls to take, but itâs nothing that no one canât get used to. I also dislike the fact that itâs not a Mon-Fri job.

Cannot praise it enough. Excellent workplace in all facets.
They have organized streamlined processes, the management who are clear on expectation and fair regarding any problems that come up, and they utilize top of the line tools including their CMS, authoring tools, even the hardware is solid. Loved my time there.
