Scheduling last minute meetings, nasty emails without speaking or addressing us by our names is unprofessional!! Inflation is at an all time high. A billion dollar company and you give your hard working employees Pennies during annual is sickening. Adjust your attendance policy…no one wants to come back to work to an occurrence when we had to take off for a family emergency, illness or a sick child. Allow people to rotate holidays! How would you feel if you were forced to work every holiday & every weekend then denied quality time with your family? I bet you’d be looking for a better company to work for too….just like me! They undoubtedly have the next intentions as a company . Unfortunately. Those things didn't apply to each supervisor or hr appointmented rep. Jack Henry is a great company really I recommend them..... You will take 10-15 calls an hour. ● Lunch is only 30 minutes ● They are making the job more stressful and trying to make it seem more than what it actually is. Endless metrics was one thing and now Quality Assurance nit picks every little thing about your calls. Mind you these are very simple calls, there's not really much to discuss. It is stressful and exhausting. ● Pay doesn't match the amount of work and calls handled. Pay is $15-17.00 an hour. There are other companies paying $22.00-$26.00 to their fraud centers. ● Requesting PTO off is another hurdle as the call center is 24/7/365. One of the best jobs that I’ve ever had. This job does an excellent job in helping their employees to succeed. My only con is the amount of calls to take, but it’s nothing that no one can’t get used to. Excellent workplace in all facets. They have organized streamlined processes, the management who are clear on expectation and fair regarding any problems that come up, and they utilize top of the line tools including their CMS, authoring tools, even the hardware is solid.
