Jounce is a great place to work and has a great balance of seasoned leaders with Biotech and Pharma experience. Jounce does a great job with workplace flexibility, and did an especially good job supporting employees this year during the pandemic. Scientists can stay with their programs as they advance through different stages and our Cancer Hero Wall is just one way Jounce reinforces a strong connection to patients. Priorities can change quickly which is par for the course for a small company but everyone is always very clear about our goals and objectives. The comapny was welcoming and the management was competent. Decent benefits but pay was not comparable to market.
