The company doesn't care about you. They don't over work and under pay. They hide the things that managers are doing from stealing and affaires to singling out people and getting rid of them if they bring attention to it. They show favoritism and don't care if u have family problems at home at all. They won't even tell you your working Saturday till you go home on Friday. Leaving you to figure out child care in a few short hours after work on Friday. They give u vacation time so early because they know they are gonna lay you off for short periods of time and you won't have time to get in employment. Total waist of your life. Benefits are pretty weak and I feel about 10 years behind. There is not a dynamic forward-thinking culture there. They seem to be ok with the way things have always been. Might explain why another company acquired them. If production doesnt work fridays you still need to come in. Start at 5 am and leave at 3:30. Only 30 min lunch, rarely get a break in the day. Process Engineering management is lacking basic coaching skills and has very little experience. You will be mainly data entry.
