Work is easy enough, nothing too physical, or complicated.
|
Pay is too low for what they make from your labor, prepare to be made neurotic from their policies and constant changing goals. HR will defend favorites, honestly some of the worst upper management I have ever seen. Might try to go work there again once problem people age out/retire/die.
They really tout their diversity and inclusion score (one of the top 12 companies) but you will be dehumanized by HR. It's all to look good for their ratings from Blackrock.
