Great team, disappointing layoffs

Had a top notch team of sales, vet, and marketing. All layer off with major structure reorganize within 2 years of hiring/telling everyone we were building a long term drug company.
|
Leaders completely changed the plan for the company once it’s value was built up high enough. Stock price was terrible and most who were enticed to come from reliable jobs with stock options were underwater when layed off.

Other departments had decent people. People of many backgrounds and ethnicities worked there.
|
Urinals running for an entire weekend on the 2nd floor flooded the building in the summer. Moldy carpet. No air conditioning. Certain narcissistic, two-faced, egomaniac manager that was disliked by nearly every other department! A lot of dept heads didn't show up in person for the longest time so you couldn't ask questions or get the help/permission to do something or progress in your tasks. Long hours of busy work.
