Everything that happens here is a disaster. Senior management does not believe in experience as none of the people in the positions of power here have experience. Yes the CEO is a man child and the president is a dictator. HR Cannot do anything here and everyone in the company is aware of that. The so called VPs and study leads have no idea about oncology and have not treated one single cancer patient in their entire life. Over the last 4 weeks more than 10 people in PV and clinical development have left. Most of them who are still there in the company are waiting for their bonuses to leave. There is no way a normal human being can survive here for more than a year. They systematically torture their employees and force them to break down and leave. They pay you way lesser than the industry standards and make you work way more than the industry standards. Treating people disrespectfully , yelling at employees , taking sides with the wrong people and always doing the wrong is norm in this company. In fact the CEO and the president can write a book on how to treat people badly and both of them can also coach normal people how to become cruel. CEO recently shouted at his administrative assistant so badly that she left the same day. CEO thinks of himself to be a genius which he is not and president thinks that she can achieve all the aggressive targets that she has with the limited resources they employ.
