However, there is a high attrition rate for the people that work in contracts. The company will let people go often, therefore be prepared to see this happen and prepare to leave when you perceive your job slows done. I have seen workers with 15 years of experience let go with no fault of their own due to budget constraints. The company may seem large but each division operates individually. The work is very interesting and the involvement in large projects gives a lot of satisfaction. The experience you will gain is rewarding.
