Wish things would be better
Work is often varied and engaging. Since starting with company I always feel like there is room for my voice to be heard. There have been some good opportunities to grow.
Management style can be very disorganized. Poor planning means a lot of panic last minute deadlines. Communication and understanding between different departments is often poor.

There have been attempts make to improvements to the cons I mentioned but some people management are reluctant to change. The pushing back and forth between departments has created somewhat of a toxic (walking on eggshells) environment. Would love to see an external source come in to review and work with all teams to make improvements.

Decent Company that could be so much better
There is a certain loyalty from Sr Mgmt to employees(sometimes to the detriment of the company) People can still WFH 3 days a week. There is a gym. A great place to learn for entry level employees
No room for growth if you are not entry level. Benefits are not great. 401k match off the table forever. They rarely get rid of underperforming co-workers and this causes a strain on good co-workers around them. Still run like a "family" business. That may be changing, though. Upper Mgmt decisions are not always great and there are no repercussions for them.

Management is no loyal to their employees
If you are in the right department, your co workers are really the only procs
Manager in this location does not properly discuss and communicate if there are any issues of concerns, tends to leave you hanging without emails or phone replies...does not back or properly train employees.

Look at who you have running your departments and how they communicate with their employees...how they correct and direct them on the correct path. Do not always assume the manager is handling their employees correctly in order for them to excel in their role.

Decent Place to Learn, Not A Place To Stay For Career Growth
The work isn't too challenging. Coworkers are willing to help you. Downtime. Very chill environment and casual dress code.
No room for growth in career. Not creative or openended for projects. Very much repetitive work. Not engaging. No social life with coworkers really outside of work. Company doesn't foster teambuilding.

Department is a Joke
Good for an intern. Then again, any work with a company that an intern can put on a resume is good.
The managers are not managers. Head of the department tells us to say "no" to changes from other departments and then gives in when managers from other departments push. Then the designers have to rush to get the work done. Using the term Art Department is misleading. It should be called the Factory Floor, because it's all about producing as quickly as possible. Salary is below average. If an intern, get in, and then look for a real company that pays a fair salary. Discriminates against employees.
