Since starting with company I always feel like there is room for my voice to be heard. There have been some good opportunities to grow. Management style can be very disorganized. Poor planning means a lot of panic last minute deadlines. The pushing back and forth between departments has created somewhat of a toxic (walking on eggshells) environment. There is a gym. A great place to learn for entry level employees No room for growth if you are not entry level. Benefits are not great. 401k match off the table forever. They rarely get rid of underperforming co-workers and this causes a strain on good co-workers around them. Still run like a "family" business. That may be changing, though. Then again, any work with a company that an intern can put on a resume is good. The managers are not managers. Head of the department tells us to say "no" to changes from other departments and then gives in when managers from other departments push. Then the designers have to rush to get the work done. Using the term Art Department is misleading. It should be called the Factory Floor, because it's all about producing as quickly as possible. Salary is below average. If an intern, get in, and then look for a real company that pays a fair salary.
