I worked for Ligand for between one and two years at Ligand after it acquired my former company, Pharmacopeia, Inc.
|
|
Management respected of years of service at Pharmacopeia, gave admirable notice of site shut down, and gave severance package of two months pay, plus a week per year of service.
|
Business success - as of early 2011 there was little or no in-house research going on due to finances. No salary review for 2010. "Inflation was low this year".
