Alot of nonsense

This company definitely has alot of potential to be great. But you will learn fast that it is not "All about helping people". It is all about playing the games of the upper management. The upper management including the VP and state director are all about the gossip. They will degrade managers to other employees with no hesitation. There is never a clear plan for anything and it is evident on how poorly offices are run. They expect Aides to be happy with low pay rate and no benefits or paid holidays off. Maybe with the upcoming Optum buy out this will change. High turn over in all areas including management. It is very easy to get hired here with a simple text and then phone interview to get an instant job offer by email.
