Board and previously leadership created an toxic environment with high employee turnover, due to constant layoffs and fear of job loss. Company will not grow until employees are able to discuss issues and employees trust that leadership will no longer lay employees off without cause and will honor employee severance policies evenly for men & women at the company.

Management has forced many good people out of LJPC by, talking about workers negatively behind the back of the employee, micromanaging employees to the point of confusion and not treating employees with the respect they deserve. I will rate career opportunities as high but only because of employee turnover.
