What is the best part of working at the company? Did not enjoy how they treated employees. Made them cry until they quit. Saw t first had happen to someone. They said stuff that sounded good however didn’t work out that way What is a typical day like for you at the company? Get to desk work total silence could hear a pin drop. But the job is quite monotonous and can be difficult to get into. Especially since it feels like no one wants to be there on the retail side and your coworkers are quite frankly slouches who don't want to work. Managers take priority from the main office so if you're having issues at your branch they won't care unless your manager cares/wants to help you. Plus, they upped their pay rate for new highers and refused to give current employees raises, so new hires that knew the bare minimum got paid more than people taking on managers & supervisor workloads. Horrible environment and not at all worth the stress you'll have at the end of every day.
