Supportive & friendly work environment. Really great training and continuing of help and resources especially if you don’t have a background in the automotive industry.
Fast paced and busy so the day goes by fast.
Hybrid schedule and work life balance.
Not your typical cold calling sales job it’s the opposite so a very good step into sales if you had no prior experience.
Helpful friendly management, coworkers, and various departments.

It is a call center so sometimes it can wear you down with the phone ringing off the hook. People (e commerce) can take their frustration out on you but it’s easy to move to the next call.

I have had a pleasant experience so far. They seem to listen to their employees needs and continuously asking for input for improvement. Keeping up the support and transparency really makes a difference in an employees day at work and morality as a team as a whole. Seems they value these points too.
I’ve been under extremely toxic managers in the past and they lacked wanting to see how they can improve and transparency. Also lacked a empathy, management can set the whole tone for the team and it seems they work to always improve and care.
