Great place to work lots of work. Some people are lazy Pay is not that good benefits are OK Management is OK. Other workers are OK. Can be back breaking at sometime lots of overtime.

Used to be a great place to work unfortunately it went downhill fast. Managers are useless and good luck getting the truth out of them. Extremely disappointed in the direction this location has gone. They hide all the problems and act like it's the best place ever.

One of the worst place I ever work.
Some of your coworkers they ll spy you and back stab you. Literally I was count how many times I went to the bathroom how many times I took a brake how many times I went in the brake room, for some people thats purpose on this location.
They management they ll demand you to work overtime come in Saturdays cancel plan because you sign a paper but they ll cut you in 40hours with not any notice.
Then they getting mad if you need to leave early for any reason but they ll send you home early if there is not work.
I had to leave for my mental health and self repsect. Toxic and bad place overall.
If you don't care about the above they offer good pto benefits and good hourly rate.

Starting with a great morning and productive day learned at at LKQ about vehicle car parts very good management at LKQ working with good employees the hardest part of the job is when picking up suspension and very heavy truck doors loved the working environment at LKQ.

The management will expect you to do more then required with little to no help, terrible job for mental health and overall happiness at the company.
No advancement
Pto is only 2 weeks for the first 4 years then its 2 weeks and 8hrs after that.
