Constant OT bc of the above.
Start work but never know when the end of day is going to be (sometime between 4-7:30 pm).
Boss chooses scapegoats and golden children, then blames scapegoats for problems golden children make; and projects on to scapegoats the toxic behavior of golden children.
Creates environment of toxic harassment where scapegoats are called the problem and everyone expects the scapegoats to solve the problems but the scapegoats can’t because the problem is the behavior of the golden children that the boss condones. Scapegoats are ignored and treated poorly even when they repeatedly did better work than golden children and are perceived as liars when the scapegoats never lied nor have reason to lie.
Observed golden children create problems with 3 separate targets over time that were in their heads (jumping to conclusions about people/misinterpreting people’s actions and accusing them of ill intentions when the target had none)
TX is a single consent state so document everything with video/audio recording so HR will take you seriously when boss doesn’t and projects toxic behavior your complaining about onto you and makes excuses for golden children treating you poorly because of their mental problems.

You have 20+ years of narcissistic boss harassing multiple excellent employees out of a job by making them a scapegoat. Multiple people who went through it work in different departments or leave the company to get away from boss. Boss has a problem with liking people who lie to them, sees them as perfect besties she tries to live vicariously through, then projects golden children’s toxic behaviors onto scapegoat employees who are not doing the behaviors but are complaining about golden children’s toxic behavior making it difficult to work. Narcissistic boss constantly condoned golden children employees acting in rude unprofessional manners that make it terrible to work in a team environment. Boss tells scapegoat they can’t do and should stop toxic behavior when boss can’t comprehend scapegoat is not doing the behavior or that the problems are caused by the golden children creating the problem because of their mental problem.
