What is the best part of working at the company?
Front loaded PTO. And Plenty Paid Holidays.
What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Leadership was extremely lazy and appeared uninterested in leading.
What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Extremely friendly environment. Which was weird because the culture was very self preservation oriented.
What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Very hard. I worked a ton of extra hours due to my counterpart calling out routinely without repercussion.

Just don’t is all I have to say. Pay is poor, your supervisors are worthless, if you are a good employee and do everything they want per FDA regulations, you are marginalized and others that are less skilled and less trained are given titles like shift manager or lead. You are expected to fill in the gaps and make the “lead” look good.

Company is good for learning and benefits. Issue with employees not staying for a long time. Upper management is not paying attention to middle grade employees. Only one product in pipeline and company got recently merged with DiaSorin. May be next merger coming soon after Covid hype is ended
