They would change the schedule constantly causing the employees to work every weekend including Sundays and holidays. All the work and energy put into there is worth receiving the pay check at the end of the week. I loved working at apio. You can easily move to other areas if you don't like where you are at. The work is hard at first, but after a week, you'll get it. The only problem with this place are the line leads. Some of them are so lazy and they have more than 20 complains, but they are still working there because HR is friends with them and they covered everything up for them. Is hard getting bad people fired from here because they need the employees and don't care about anything other then getting the work done. There was a lazy line lead and she was so mean and had personal problems with my friend and she will treat us so bad and we complain so many times, but they never listened. My friend quit because of that and after a couple of months, I quit too. You'll get good benefits after a year, but they have become so strict with the missing policy that after 12 days of missing without a doctors note every 6 months, youll be fired and you have to check your pay check and your vacation because sometimes they don't want to pay you when you miss. Don't talk to anybody about your private life because they will use that against you. Never trust anybody in there because most of them will betray you. Nobody cares about you. If there is a good position, apply for it and don't tell anybody because they will talk bad about you in order to steal the position from you. You can make friends, but never reveal anything. This place is good for a temporary job, but not for a permanent.
