The work is not complicated, and for anyone who finds long term, high energy, fast paced, stressful environments difficult to work in, Lovesac can be a welcome change. It isn’t a quiet job per se, but it isn’t a frantic one either. Typical of furniture stores, I think. Calm, easy energy.

Don’t expect to be affording these couches anytime soon! And don’t believe anyone who says bonuses are a common thing! Your salary will NOT be supplemented by bonuses with any consistency! Given that employees don’t make commission, and are expected to take on multiple jobs, Lovesac’s wages are laughably low, especially in California. Do not expect fair compensation. Also, if you are leaving, make sure to specify that you want your final check as an actual check! Or else they’ll cut your final check as a ridiculous pay card. Ridiculous.

Pay your employees what they’re worth. They’re the only reason the couches get sold. If you boast a “we all win together” mindset, more respect needs to be shown to the employees who are actually moving your product.
