Lots of opportunity for advancement and change. This company has hospitals all over the US and offers lots of flexabiltiy.

The culture is pure corporate, with all of the metrics and buzz phrases you can stomach. My small little hospital chain was purchased by Lifepoint Health and we were a family, now I'm drowning in corporate Kool Aid drinkers.... They have a rule, policy, and procedure for everything and they pay people to monitor all of it 24/7. I'm a rule follower, but this is starting to get overwhelming. This very large corporation feels as though it's lost track of the BIG picture which is providing care and only cares about putting things into nice neat little spread sheets and meeting meaningless goals.

Look closer at process and procedures and don't sweat the small stuff. Micromanaging just creates turnover which can be a huge expense and can damage moral. Concentrate on why you hired someone, for their education, skills, experience, and abilities and stop trying to mold everyone into a corporate minion.

Benefits are horrible. Raises are next to nonexistent and are across the board. So everyone gets the same poor raise whether you excel or suck. No in network (tier 1) medical in Oklahoma. Insurance is super expensive. 401k match is laughable. Big business.
