-This company regularly axes the best employees with the most experience, then will hire someone from the outside with no idea what they are doing as a replacement
-Tons of ageism here. Don’t work here if you are over 40. You will be axed.
-Micromanagement abounds here
-Dissenting voices are not welcome
-This company had great culture once. The culture is dead. Everyone lives in fear of layoffs. And rightly so. It’s a hire and fire company,

Don’t make someone a manager if they lack the basic skills to actually be a manager. Or, at the very least give them some basic training. Don’t tolerate micromanagement. Follow industry best practices and don’t put people in middle to upper management without the knowledge or basic skills to actually do the job. Listen to your people with expertise and experience instead of silencing dissenting voices.

Remote work is great. The company does hire quality people.

Lots of layoffs. Former CEO built up the company then ran it into the ground resulting in our stock price going from $70 dow to $0.90!! I fear LivePerson will be delisted from NASDAQ soon. Unless something changes there is no improvement from here on.
