-Work environment is in a lab facility and very casual and friendly
-Manufactures optical products
-Cross train supportive and will train motivated individuals
-Pays decent for entry level production positions

-Small company, no room for promotions. There is you(production) and upper management.
Lead and supervisor positions don't exist
-NO BONUSES or HAZARD pay working during covid
-They will not close even if several people have caught covid
-Raises will depend on if the company had a good fiscal quarter, could go years without a raise

There are no pros to working here
|
Expect you to cross train with no raises. Expect you to work 50+ hours and refuse to give earned PTO. There is no opportunity for advancement even when you are doing most of the engineer's job for hardly any pay. The Engineer's just sit around and watch you do their work. Management is horrible and picks favorites based on ethnicity.
