Very chaotic environment. Total lack of communication between cross-functional teams. Due to lack of communication between Planning and Finance you are forced to ongoingly re-do work over and over again. It’s beyond exhausting and can easily be avoid. Extremely poor morale. Very high level of turn over - due to poor management. Upper Management is painfully unaware of how to run a wholesale production company. Total lack of empathy for the loyal employees. There are no year-end bonuses or any type of incentive programs for employees who put in the hard work hard to achieve results, meet KPI’s and make a difference. It is challenging to continue to strive to achieve a great performance year over year without any type of recognition. They choose to take the year-end annual profit and re- invest in the growth of the company rather than to their employs. They Don't give you proper time off. You need to earn vacation time. You accumulate one day per month. They tell you how to use your time. You only get a few days of sick time per year. There are no incentives at all. You don't get exactly 40 hours a week. Depending on business needs. They don't really care about your financial well-being. IF you don't make your rate, they will send you home. It seems we are just numbers to them. The communication is absolutely horrible when it comes to management and supervisors. They give you the option to take 1,000 hours for time off with no pay.
