ManTech has a light touch. Most of your supervision comes from the client, so you can forget that you *really* work for a subcontractor. (This can be a negative if the client is bad, but mine was good.)

When your contract ends, you then end up with the Mobility Group to find a new position, and their communication is SLOOOOOW.
