2 days in the office and the rest working from home. The London office is nice. People are great. You can progress very quickly even if you don’t know what your doing and providing you want to sell your sole.
|
The work is as dull as dish water. The salary is woefully bad compared to everywhere else. New staff will be employed and paid more than you even though they are doing the same job as you and your training them. No loyalty to staff. No bonuses and absolutely no benefits other than death in service.

You’ve put all your eggs in one basket and now you’re struggling to retain one of your main contracts. Your client is pushing you to the wall and expecting a lot more and giving nothing. As a company you should be diversifying and taking on other accounts. Middle Management have their hands tied and it’s the directors and upper echelon management that are to blame for what is happening to the company today. You’ve lost so many good people with huge amounts of tacit knowledge and for what? To save a couple of thousand in raises. You need to have loyalty to those that have earned it.

Really good people on my team

Disappointment and horrible leadership, I don’t even know where they are. No communication, no vision around a real plan, they just let people go to meet the year end number for bonuses with the C level people.
Bullying, arrogant behavior on the part of some is often over looked.
Bearing witness to this over the past 4-5 years I’m convinced the whole lot needs to be fired. It’s demoralizing, hanging in until retirement.
