Good place to work. At time of writing pay is $20.50 starting. Yearly raises with raises given if you do good and consistently work hard. Work some Saturdays, not a whole lot anymore. Off all Federal holidays with paid leave. The work is as hard as you make it. Management is getting better, new leadership is forming.

Not a good long term job based on pay. You only get a couple cents every January. They’ll also be quick to lay you off to pay for bathroom and office remodeling.

Horrendous schedule.
|
You will never actually have a set schedule at this job. Some days it’s 8 hours some days it’s 12 hours. They’ll give you a mountain of work to do with the expectation that it’s done within a single day. The unrealistic expectations, along with poor leadership and management makes this place difficult to work at.

Union is corrupt and or incompetent the actual company made record profits in covid but cant pay a decent livable wage oh and saturdays are mandatory even though they say its not when you start dont waste your time union delegates are either corrupt or just dumb and terrible negotiators

Awful experience
|
The work culture is non-existent you are used and basically abused told that you have to stay 2 hours after at the end of your shift. Too much overtime no appreciation no guidance no one to ask for help. Production supervisor rides around the forklift has no idea what he's doing. There's not many people employed here but there is so much drama and stirring up the pot.
