Very proud to work at Mindbody & ClassPass. All of my friends constantly tell me how jealous they are of my job. Tons of opportunity to grow, and it's rewarding working somewhere that I am passionate about. We have also had a new CEO step in (Fritz Lanman) who has really improved the culture & performance of our business. I also just learned that he was awarded Vista's CEO of the year award, which speaks volumes to the work that he and the rest of the leadership team are doing here.

Really no cons that I can think of. We work hard here, so for someone not looking to roll up their sleeves and work hard & advance in their career, that could be considered a "con". This is not a clock in, clock out culture, everyone here truly cares, is in it to win it, and wants to advance in their careers.
