Great run. Different times always breed challenges which I embrace; however corporate money hungry shareholders don’t need to try to micromanage. Leadership became questionable over time. Lack of communication always hurts any company in the long term.

Managment is very poor. The team leads are extremely unpredictable and untrustworthy. It's just not a very pleasant place to work. The turnover rate in the w.h is so high for a reason. But on the up side there are some great people there money is good and insurance is good.

It was a great place to work I mean the plp there easy to get along with you work 4 days sometimes 5 and you get paid pretty good too. You get paid holidays it shuts down in June and December so that's good get to spend time with and friends what more do you want.

Very poor job and management
|
It was a good paying job, but my coworkers treated me very poorly and the management was poor and they never helped us.it was just a bad job in general. I was looking to further my career there but I couldn’t see myself being there for the next 40 years.

Stressful place to work, boats need to be done by a certain time or your in trouble. Boat quality goes down as boat count goes up. Your expected to keep up with production time even if your by yourself. Pay is good but not for the stress you have to go through. I will never suggest lamination to anyone looking for a job here.
