a lot but mostly micromanaging+overbearing sups/manager who ACT like they care but genuinely don’t. Only 2 seconds in between calls (no exaggeration).

Amazing building! Gym & nice cafe on-site.

HORRIBLE supervisors AND manager, expensive healthcare, mandatory Saturday’s, low pay/non-livable wage, list goes on.

Doesn’t pay enough if they did would a Great place to work
|
A typical day is long and exhausting, dealing with many different problems and lifting. I have learned how the system works and the best way to service my clients. Management can be helpful but also not helpful at the same time. Sometimes they don’t answer but are good at getting back to you. Some of the managers are not to be trusted. Working here is Awesome if they paid better, they like to dangle little things in front of their techs(company events) to help deal with being underpaid and valued. They expect a arm and leg but if you get sick you’re screwed unless you have time built up. Hardest part about this job is carrying the ladder (Heavy), Winter and dealing with birds, bees, wasp and more. The customers some of them are awesome and the work events.

Management is horrible. HR is atrocious. They will say you lost equipment. Have the equipment on hand yet still take money out of your pay. Won't give raise always on classes complete. Very little support. You'd get better training at a daycare then this company can give. Lowest pay in the industry. Vehicles given to techs are barely road worthy. Don't expect them to give you much in gear. It took 2 years and speaking to every person in management just to get rain gear.
