People in the R&D department are top notch.
|
The company is all about recognition of leadership and not so much about the employees. Departments are siloed and priorities are determined by each silo leading to difficulty achieving goals. The number of meetings in a day and the number of people in them is staggering and contribute to the inability to execute plans in a timely manner. Things that should take weeks, often take months... or even years. There are lots of consultants and little investment in employees. You will meet people in technical positions that are really managing consultants. This is another issue with getting things done...
