Associate Tempe, AZ Not too stressful The work in the lab is pretty standard and easy. Coming from a high pace/high stress environment of a manufacturing lab, this has been a nice change. There's time to get to training, working on small projects, and ways to keep busy without feeling like if you're not just rushing around all day. Local management is great. Very understandable and will help when needed at the drop of a hat. Corporate management is a little "eh" with changing procedures and not knowing how things work. Director Remote Emerging Microbiome MFG with strong future and opportunity for professional growth Onboarding was fantastic. There quick progress from being new to being plugged in. Good mix of remote, and on-site job types. There is a very collaborative spirit across functional areas. I've also witnessed a good mix of hiring external talent and promoting within. Toughest part of the job is creating in an innovative space within the industry and defending practices with no historical precedent. Most enjoyable is the frequency with which you can make an impact.
