So much leadership, so much BS

As with any agency, they have accounts across the board. Some employees are very smart. Still mostly remote.
|
So much leadership that is not nearly as transparent as they want to be. It’s a club at the top and they’re all far too young and have no leadership/management experience. Teams are always staffed wrong until a client makes a fuss. They’ve lost all of their good staff to underpaying and blowing smoke up their you know what. They’ve lost a lot of accounts as well.
