Positive environment, good culture, great boss, co-workers are nice and work together to achieve common goals, work life balance, hybrid WFH flexibility, opportunities for growth without having to wait for someone to leave, pay is good, no blackout dates for time off, always something new to learn, deadline driven, workload is manageable, and management works proactively to hire based on business needs to help prevent employee burnout.

Pay and title start lower than expected but get better once you’ve proven your value. Promotions are done quarterly and the timelines/performance for each level are not very transparent which has resulted in turnover when people have been passed up on promotions and department decides to hire outside of Medpace than to promote from within when there are great employees who are more than qualified. Parking is harder to come by on Together Tuesdays, but isn’t impossible.

The Medpace company culture is sometimes inaccessible to laboratory employees. Medpace often has events that all employees are invited to, but due to the function of the laboratory (constant operation, constant testing, ect), laboratory employees cannot participate in these events.

Bonus can be as low as 2%, no progression as company only focuses on progression of CTMs, upper management is not honest. They try to low-ball so make sure you negotiate. Also they expanded quickly and now the company is not doing too well so they are trying to make employees miserable so they leave but implementing silly rules
