where to start?! Horrible customer service. You can call multipe times and get varied information each time you call. There was recently a security breach at the company and providers have not been paid for 4 weeks! You call and they get defensive and you get no information. This company is a prime example of why mental health providers don't contract with insurance companies. They treat providers horribly.
