Chasing the latest fad, wanting to be the first to market with a new widget detracts from any core focus this company might have. Good people in the workforce, but management has little focus. This is reflected in the revolving door that has been spinning for the past 2 years.

Free lunch, ping pong and pool table, gym in building

Since returning to the office, it hasn't been the same. Lunch options are pre packaged and bland, no variety, higher C-Levels have left the company, Breakfast is limited. No cross-functionality between teams, HR seems to be steering the ship without input from employee's. A good company to get your foot in the door with, attrition is high and backfilling is slow making more work for current employees.

Management does not care for their employees. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. Management lies and so does HR. The company culture is fake.

Overworked and under staffed, support manager and team lead were non supportive and lacked any leadership skills. Stressful environment, constantly stalked over IM, even if it was a short break, had to message everyone in the team.
