What is the best part of working at the company?
The professional managers, new be appointed supervisors were lacking people skills and good organizational skills leading to poor performance of teams.
What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Laid off after moving 1000 miles to fill a senior position on active projects.
What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Hostile and caustic. Upper management was a hippy dude out of the 60s. Language was horrific and condoned as normal.

wasteful and disorganized, no direction

Excited until I wasn’t
|
The overtime was awesome and paid well but then they get very strict on you once cut. When overtime is available, depending on position; you have no life after work. It’s impossible to have two jobs or a social life.
There’s favoritism in the company, with managers and workers. Work load is not even nor watched properly. It’s all group oriented.
They don’t know how to solve conflict between employees. Managers/Team Leads don’t know most answers to your questions and you waste time asking other workers.
Benefits are nice but taking days off can be hard depending on your position. If you’re not “valued” , it’s nice.
They DO NOT call off the day , for bad weather!! It’s come in at your own risk.
Lots of group stuff and company activities with the employees to get to know everyone
No holiday bonus
Drama club cliques everywhere you go there.

Nice place to work but politics
|
My time at MKS was overall nice. The team is very knowledgeable and the equipment is best in class. There is however, some politics involved. Management plays favorites. High turnover in management. In my time working there, I had 5 bosses in 2 years

Good place to work

I have worked on this company for 2 years. The management is great, but the cosntant changes on the operation is getting this difficult to achieve. The work atmosphere seems to be great but we have and need to do Overtime always.

What is the best part of working at the company?
My experience wasn’t good there , I felt very discriminated by the manager there and a lot of favoritism in the company with there people that’s all I can say about that company

There is a lots of stress because they don’t let you work with headphones and a lots of rules for some people not to everyone just people they don’t like

Work environment is horrible I would never work for a company like that ,the culture is bad too
