Where do I begin? Incompetent upper leadership team with no idea on how to run a company - the three of them have no knowledge about antibiotics and couldn't have a genuine conversation with an HCP. The products are doing poorly, esp. the newest one launched at 5,000.00 p/box. You can thank the VP of Marketing for that. Market Access is led by some of the nastiest people too. Most of the Regional Sales Managers are clueless, "yes" people. Over the last year, many KAMs have resigned and most of the MSLs have left as well. This started out as a nice place to be when Salix folks were running the place. The culture was kind, but is not any longer. The company has gone through a bankruptcy and many CEOs and is now owned by Deerfield who just wants to turn over a profit and sell this place. The positive post written about Melinta is clearly by someone in upper management so don't believe the hype. People come here because they have to (they were laid-off and need a job), not because they want to. There is no trust in the current CEO.
