I have worked in many positions within Malvern and I believe that it is a wonderful place to start a career. I have never worked in the banking industry before working at Malvern. I was able to grow and learn quickly and was trained properly. My success within the company thrived off of hard work and commitment. I was able to advance into a new roles every year and learned all facets of banking while working at Malvern. I have had the best managers that I have ever had. When I came to Malvern we were under a different executive team and the bank as a whole went through a massive workplace culture change, I feel as though these changes were for the better of the company. The most enjoyable part of my job is coming to work everyday and finding something new to learn and working with my co-workers. The CEO dedication to making Malvern continue to thrive and grow has created a perfect example for all employees to follow.

Substandard Hiring and recruitment of managers. It is very hard to work efficiently when management continues to bring in new branch managers every several months.

Great place to learn how to be a Teller. Very nice people to work with. Family oriented. Easy to talk with upper management.

Compensation is very small. There was no organized structure for training and advancing young talent. Took too long for management to react to Tellers asking for new projects and advancement opportunities.

It is a small organization.

Lots of Layoffs and reorganization and disorganization. Slowly they took away perks of working at MSFB. Lots of changes in small amount of time. No one knows who you are anymore, and they don't care to get to know you either.
