Great to get operational experience

This place is great to get experience and learning how to get use to working a refinery DuPont schedule. If you don't have a Process Operator degree this company will help you get the experience you need to go to a better company.

This is not a company that you want to retire from. The pay is very low for type of work that you do. I have never received a raise due to a company wide raise freeze and the morale is very negative. The safety culture is a joke and you have to watch your own back and others around you. The process equipment is outdated and I have seen many equipment malfunctions that could have resulted in injury. The management does not keep the employees up to date on changes within the facility. This place is used as a stepping stone to get better opportunities.
