It was a fun, generous, modern and energizing company. I really liked working there.

Mannkind was generous with employees in terms of pay,stock option, time off, and holidays. Management was good to work with, very reasonable and not oppressive. They were not afraid to spend money on equipment and capital projects to achieve goals. Lots of overseas travel opportunities. Overall, it was a great and rewarding place to work.

I worked in sales for this company. The product is fantastic and is not getting enough recognition from the community overall. Management sets expectations outside of reality for many areas and will not put additional resources into struggling areas. You can be very successful in the right area but I never felt secure. Almost every call from leadership started with a discussion about bad financial press and encouragement that the company wasn’t going to fail and ended with a plea that we stick with them.

I've worked at Mannkind throughout the years, and although this company has been hurt by numerous layoffs over the years, the main core of people here are some of the best to work with.
There are opportunities to cross train, and my last manager was extremely knowledgeable and greatly enabled me to learn and grow skill wise.
