drinking is the only team activity you will do. you will get ratted out for sitting on the couch to do your work. if you like working with a bunch of frat bros who still care about hierarchy and the "higher ups" expect you to act a certain way just because you're a junior, then by all means, join the company. they expect you to work at 5 am to meet goals. no upward mobility. you'll be expected to show proof that your power/wifi went out if you wfh and such a thing happens. insane micromanagement.
