You should be an expert specific machines their using. Your process expertise won’t matter. No sound training provided.

Not a good management, training is not their priority. Ask what their machine and make sure you have expertise on those specific machine. No more to say as I was not given the chance to prove my worth as an experience engineer. They can’t match your current salary…they offered 10% lower than you are making.

I never thought that I'd say it, but I love my job. Its challenging enough that I like going to work in the morning, but relaxed enough that you don't leave work at the end of the day with a feeling of regret or carry the stress home with you.
The Mercury site in Oxnard has some very intelligent individuals at the helm. Everyone knows (for the most part) their job and their responsibilities. People work together to get things done. My starting wage was above my expectations. Benefit options are very good, and they start with you onboarding, no 60 or 90 day delays.
At Mercury, you are treated with respect and dignity, and everyone wants you to succeed as much as they themselves do. Managers are more often leaders, as they are in the dugouts with their subordinates. They teach you the best they can with the tools available. All computers are brand new. The bathrooms are spotless.
My only real complaint is they are stifflers about time cards.

Managers dont care about their employees. They always asking for more and more with no support. Also, HR would not do anything when employees will complain. He’s always on the managers side.

Medical insurance is expensive and high deductibles. GM doesn't care about the employees.

Very poor training, judged by your age. With all the laws in place in these times, you would think this type behavior would be minimal in the workplace. Maybe they take the idea, if we ignore the problem it will go away on it's own.
Diversity is weak. Unorganized at shift change. Language barrier.

Worked for Themis for eight years before Mercury bought us due to our efficiency and ability to bring products to market. Mercury promises started fading away after one year and management from far away was the rule. Input from employees at our site had no value and voices were never heard or consulted. Several key directors either quit, got fired or decided to retire due to bureaucracy and lack of any avenue to vent or access people in power. HR was no help and powerless. No one from the top is monitoring the behavior of poor manager and the number of complaints that HR is receiving. A sad and frustrating to work. Themis was a great company that got damaged in the name of "we need to scale up"
