Good Company Culture

The company culture at Mersana was exactly I was looking for. From the CEO - down, they walked the talk. My direct Manager was hands-on, responsive, intelligent and respectful to all. I appreciated being able to work remotely.

The location was undesirable. Parking for hybrid employees was 2 blocks away, which wasn't always desirable after dark.

Managers "pull rank" on their employees often. Entry-level employees are treated poorly; one of my colleagues was yelled at by their supervisor.
