They think they know everything but product constantly having to be reworked because of management not knowing enough to correct all the problems when processing the materials, which is a loss of time and money, someone needs to open their eyes and take a good look and see that people are in positions that are paying them good money to do absolutely nothing but collect a fat check to look like they have a clue to what they are doing.
