The turnover is exceptional especially in the Claims Department. A horrible culture unless you are one of the "inner circle" and a buddy with Sr. leadership. The leadership is not supportive, does not provide clear direction and takes all credit while placing blame for any failures. I left this job for a different type of opportunity, but it was a hard one to leave. The people I met and the experience I obtained has been invaluable to my professional development. This company has some growing pains, but if you are good at your job, you will excel here. I don't agree and understand a lot of the negative reviews. Like anything in life, a lot depends on your own attitude and emotional intelligence.
