Company leadership teams are brilliant, I have learned so much from them, they are a pleasure to collaborate with. Salary and benefits are fair and complete. You do get to know everyone and become a big family. Yes, management teams have had to make tough decisions recently, but it's for the greater good. Our CEO Terrence Moorehead and all other executives are brave people who aren't afraid to do hard things to get the results that are needed to benefit the most amount of people (internally and customers as well). There are many things that are still a work in progress, but I am confident we're going in the right direction. I have faith in the new business model and new initiatives.

The Spanish Fork location is great for manufacturing and shipping, but the call center and a couple other departments would greatly benefit if they'd move up to the Orem/Provo area so they can attract better talent.

Going in the right direction

Good people, good work/life balance, great direction for the Company.
When I started working with Nature's Sunshine Products, it had its challenges. Since the change in CEO, I think the Company has made hard yet necessary changes to cut costs to improve profitability. I have seen many reviews on here that are criticizing the new CEO, and I couldn't disagree more. Terrance has come in and implemented drastic yet effective strategies for the company. If this company wants to grow and become a leader the space, changes had to be made. That being said, there have been challenging days, but in general I really enjoy working here and am excited for the future. Bonuses have been great each year also. They have added management training classes for upper management - I think this type of training is critical. Tone at the top is important to the executive team.

Recognition sometimes has been an issue, but that is improving. At times, I have felt that my hard work and results go unnoticed.

Keep making changes to improve the business for the customers. As sales increase, try to give back to the employees that have seen this transition through to the end. Overall, the changes recently are amazing and NSP/Synergy is definitely in an upward projection.

They don't educate their employees very well, they don't have enough people working, new website is terrible and the worst website I have ever seen with so many problems. Many customers call saying the website is terrible and they don't fix it at all. They don't help their customers with the new changes in their company. With their new business plan they are going to lose many clients and moeny.
